How to Log into LUBA Connect

• *Important* If this is the first time you’ve visited the upgraded LUBA Connect, your previous credentials will not work. All users must create a new account and self-register to receive new credentials. 
• Click the Sign In button below. On the next login page, under Policyholder, select Sign In or Register. See below for details.
  • Register - If you haven’t registered for the new portal, select Register. Enter the requested information and click submit. Please be aware that approval may take 2-3 business days.
  • Sign In - If you have previously registered and received new credentials for the new portal, select Sign In and enter the new credentials for LUBA Connect.
