LUBA Connect Portal Now Available
LUBA Connect is now available for our customers. We appreciate your patience while performing maintenance to keep our portal running smoothly.
How to Log into LUBA Connect
- *Important* If this is the first time you’ve visited the upgraded LUBA Connect, your previous credentials will not work. All users must create a new account and self-register to receive new credentials.
- You can sign into LUBA Connect by visiting our website. Click the green Sign In button at the top-right corner of the website. Then click Sign In to LUBA Connect.
- On the next login page, under Policyholder, select Sign In or Register. See below for details.
- Register - If you haven’t registered for the new portal, select Register. Enter the requested information and click submit. Please be aware that approval may take 2-3 business days.
- Sign In - If you have previously registered and received new credentials for the new portal, select Sign In and enter the new credentials for LUBA Connect.

Important Information
Payments:
- If you are already set up for automatic premium payments, no action is required. Your auto-draft payments have continued during maintenance.
- Log in to LUBA Connect to make installment payments! (Currently, receipts of your payment are not available. Just email our Billing Department at billing@lubawc.com to receive a confirmation or receipt.)
- If you’d prefer, you can call our office at (888) 884-5822 and ask to speak with our Billing Department or contact us at billing@lubawc.com to make a premium payment, pay an audit balance, or receive assistance with any other billing-related matter.
- Please note: During this transition to our new system, you will not be fined or canceled for any late payments or payroll reports.
Payroll Reporting:
- Log in to LUBA Connect to submit payroll reports! (Currently, confirmation of your submission is not available. Just email our Billing Department at billing@lubawc.com to receive a confirmation.)
- If you’d prefer, you can call our office at (888) 884-5822 and ask to speak with our Billing Department or contact us at billing@lubawc.com for assistance with payroll reporting.

Claims:
- Log in to LUBA Connect to easily report a claim!
