She understands the importance of supporting agents with responsive solutions and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. “I’ve always believed in continuous growth — both personally and professionally,” Russo said. “The insurance industry has given me the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while developing my skills. Beyond her professional role, Russo enjoys being active in her industry and community. She previously served on the board of the San Diego Association of Insurance Professionals and was a member of the Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary Club. Russo received a Bachelor of Science in business administration and Master of Arts in management from the University of Redlands. She is an Associate in Commercial Underwriting, AU-M, from The Institutes and is currently pursuing a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
