Our provider directory includes medical providers who demonstrate an understanding of workers’ comp coverage, the return-to-work, philosophy and the employer’s point of view.

Our directory is not financially based, and no contract exist between LUBA and the providers listed. The information is a resource for employers and injured workers when determining where to seek treatment.
