LUBA Workers’ Comp Named One of the Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge

Baton Rouge, La. (October 4, 2016) – LUBA Workers’ Comp, a regional casualty insurance company, was named one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge. The awards program recognizes the best places of employment in Baton Rouge by grading companies on their corporate culture, communications, work environment, pay and benefits program, and overall employee engagement and satisfaction. LUBA was the only casualty insurance company that received this award.

The second step, an Employee Satisfaction Questionnaire, surveyed employees in-depth by asking open-ended questions.
